Friday Night Trip to Leeds

After parking up I headed down to Little Neville Street to meet up with others. We decided to head down to the Leeds Liverpool canal just behind the train station. I did have a shoot in mind for Little Neville street but my mind went blank on what I wanted to take but I thought I’d leave it for next time.

Lock

It was quiet down at the canal, only a few people about and apart from the wind it was great to shoot even balancing our tripods on the edge of the bridge wall to get the above shot ( Do not run away from the camera without someone next to it, as you try make light drawings)

Old building and Graffiti

These pictures are all taken on a long exposure around 20-30 seconds and a low iso 50-100 and an aperture of f3.5-5. I focused manually instead of using auto focus as shooting in dark p[laces the camera finds it hard to focus. I also use the focus peaking to help me with focusing.

Town Hall

We did venture to the Town Hall where there was a lot more people and a lot more action and after here decided to call it quits as it was close to 11pm.
